From: City of Flowery Branch Planning and Zoning Department

Subject: Required Update to your Notice of Intent (NOI)
Please review the attached Notice of Reissuance of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination
System (NPDES) attached to this memorandum. The City of Flowery Branch is requiring a copy of
the re-filing of the NOI following NPDES guidelines. The state has provided a 90-day grace period
for renewals starting August 28, 2024. Please provide the Planning and Zoning Department a copy
of the renewal as soon as possible to avoid delays in construction.
