The Public Works Department appreciates your help identifying and locating any potential water system issues. Locations of outages that we are aware of and actively working to resolve are listed above.

To report a service disruption, leak, or break not shown above, call our 24-hour emergency contacts below. Please make sure to note the street address and cross street or intersection.

We work to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible and we try very hard to maintain a 24-hour response time to restore our citizens back to service—even on holidays and weekends. However, repairs are addressed by order of priority and there may be more than one main leaking at any given time. 

Not sure if there’s an issue?

If your water is not working, and it is after-hours and/or a weekend, first confirm that you have paid your water bill.  Water accounts that are not paid by the first day of the month will be disconnected and will not be reconnected until the next business day after the account is paid in full. (Code can be found in menu) After you have confirmed your account has not been disconnected due to payment please use the following emergency contact number(s).

Billing questions should be made to the office (770) 967-6371 during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The after-hour contacts do not have access to account information and cannot discuss accounts or accept payments.
